Selected vineyards of the Heraklion region. An impressive semi-sweet red wine from Kotsifali and Mandilari, with remarkable aromatic intensity both on the nose and palate. Notes of jammy and dried fruits such as sour cherry marmalade, plum, raisin, as well as violet and night-blooming jasmine. Its pronounced acidity balances the warm alcohol and residual sugars. A perfect match for chocolate-based desserts or gently sweet cooked dark fruits.
