Selected vineyards of the Heraklion region. Aged for 6 months in tank and 2 months in bottle. The classic Cretan red blend is reinterpreted in this fresh expression, with Kotsifali taking the lead. Rich tannins, vibrant acidity, and spicy notes stem from Mandilari, while Kotsifali offers layered aromas of red fruits and depth of character.
