The selected varieties\u2014Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Malagousia, Chardonnay, along with other Greek and international grapes\u2014have adapted perfectly to the local soil and microclimate. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Organic Cultivation and Traditional Winemaking Methods<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From the very beginning, <strong>Roussa<\/strong> <strong>Winery<\/strong> chose to embrace organic farming methods, using only natural animal fertilizer and respecting the balance of the vineyard ecosystem. Grapes are hand-harvested each September and carefully placed in small bins to preserve their exceptional quality.
